When mounting on a wall, measure the width of the whole window from one end to the other. It is recommended to add at least 10 cm on both sides (left and right) to get maximum overlap of the bright part of the window.
Measure the height of the window from the its upper end to the desired level of the blinds. It is recommended to add at least 15 cm above the window to be able to mount the blinds on the wall.
Mounting on ceiling
When mountin on a ceiling, if you want the Vertical blinds to cover the whole wall, measure the wall's width in its upper and lower end and take the shorter one (in case there is a difference). If you want to mount the Vertical blinds only on the ceiling above the window, you should measure the window's width form one end to the other. It is recommended to add at least 10 cm on both sides (left and right) to get maximum overlap of the bright part of the window.
Measure the height from the ceiling to the desired level of the blinds. If you want it to reach the floor, take the height form the ceiling to the floor and subtract minimum 5 cm in the lower end so that the stripes could move smoothly.
